Rodney Millspaugh, NREMT/Paramedic

After being in the Hospitality Industry for over 20 years, I decided to do a complete 180 by finding my true passion and REALLY being of service to others … I became a Paramedic. The transition took commitment, dedication, and learning skills that I found were already inherently within me … helping people. As a medical professional who provides care at an advanced life support level, the shift in industries has certainly changed my outlook on things. Yet, the importance of the customer, whether it is serving a patron or saving a patient remains the same … be the best at what you do! I am confident as a qualified instructor that my past and present experience will enhance your training and certification.

Mark Collins

After giving up a career in hospitality to become a full-time, stay at home Dad- I completed a BLS (Basic Life Support) course through CMR CPR. I didn’t know then, that the skills that I learned would save my daughter’s life soon after. (Literally within a few days)

Well, they did- and I was inspired to try and teach others to learn what I learned. I want to give people the knowledge and confidence to be able to perform these skills instinctively and efficiently in any environment. I am looking forward to providing you with the highest quality education in a relaxed and stress-free environment!

From there, I was hired at Cevallos & Moise Pediatrics in April 2008 and have been employed with them for 8 years. I am CRMA (Certified Registered Medical Assistant) and an American Heart Association BLS Instructor, through CMR CPR (Yes, that’s right- I was their student first!!!) I am currently a nursing student, studying my BSN at Gwynedd Mercy University and will graduate in 2018. I will continue working at the Pediatrician’s Office a few days a week and will be working as an instructor, as needed. I am lucky enough to have years of pediatric background that will help provide our students with real-life information and techniques. Nursing Students and Parents: Be sure to ask for me when you need to schedule a CPR class. I Can’t wait to see you in class!

Lacey Ehrenfeuchter

My name is Lacey Ehrenfeuchter.  I graduated with by BSN from Messiah College in 2009.  From there, I started my nursing career in the Emergency Department at Hershey Medical Center.  During this time, I also attended Slippery Rock University and became a Certified School Nurse.  I did some substitute school nursing in addition to working in the Emergency Department.  After a couple years in the Emergency Department, I transitioned into the Urgent Care/Primary Care setting where I have been for the past 7 years.  I was the Nurse Manager at one of the centers up until 2017 when I transitioned into a Quality Assurance Nurse position in order to focus more of my attention on graduate school.  I am currently working towards my Doctorate of Nursing Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner and anticipate graduating in 2020.

I also do some of the provider training for the company where I work currently, teaching the new providers about our policies and procedures and how to use our electronic medical record system.  In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my husband and spending time with family and friends.  I am an avid animal lover and have two dogs: a mastiff named Crosby and pit bull named Liliah.  I have enjoyed teaching with CMR CPR and I look forward to having you in class!
